Every project starts with a conversation and a careful look. We inspect the roof and the attic, photograph conditions, measure and talk through goals and budget. You receive a written scope that lists the materials, the underlayment and flashing, the ventilation, the decking terms, the permit needs, the cleanup and the schedule, so you can approve it or compare it with any other proposal. We keep records and photographs of the work. At the end we sweep the property with a magnet and walk the finished roof with you. One contact schedules your project and stays reachable afterward. We are independent and work with the builders, designers and suppliers you choose.
