We schedule a time that works for you and arrive with a ladder, tape, camera and samples. We inspect the roof surface, flashing, vents, gutters and, when possible, the attic. Afterward we send a written scope that lists what is included, what is not and what could change the price. If a repair will do, we say so honestly.
