A Free Roof Inspection with photographs and plain explanations of your roof's condition, with no obligation and no pressure.
Many roof problems are quiet. A lifted shingle, a cracked boot or a damaged flashing can sit unnoticed for months. A Free Roof Inspection is a way to find out what is going on before the next storm. Homeowners across Nashville and Middle Tennessee use our inspections to check roofs after storms, before buying or selling and as part of regular care.
We start by asking what prompted the visit, such as a storm, a stain or simple curiosity. We inspect shingles, flashing, valleys, vents, chimneys, gutters and the attic when accessible. We photograph what we find, explain what is normal wear and what needs attention and tell you honestly if the roof is in good shape. You receive photos and a written summary, and you decide what to do next. There is no obligation to hire us. It is a good idea to request an inspection after any major storm, before you buy or sell a home and whenever you notice stains, granules in the gutters or shingles in the yard. You can also schedule one simply to know where your roof stands. We keep the visit friendly and brief, and we leave you with photographs and a written summary you can keep, whether or not you ever hire us.
The inspection is free, and you decide what to do with the information.
We show you what we see so you can judge for yourself.
If your roof is fine, we say so, and if it needs work, we explain why.
You keep the findings for your records.
